90 minutes. Phones out.
Everyone leaves with something real.
I come to your space and run a hands-on AI session for the people you serve. No lecture, no slides full of buzzwords. We actually do it, together, on their own phones.
What actually happens.
Hello, no pressure
Who I am, why I'm here, what we'll do. Everyone gets the cheat sheets.
Everyone gets set up
Make a free email if you need one. Open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. I walk the room and help one-on-one.
The big three prompts
Live on screen: code blocks, “what am I missing,” and the markdown handoff. Then everyone tries them.
Your real thing
Each person works on something that matters to them: a resume, a letter, a budget, a plan, their story.
Save it & go
Email it to yourself so it's never lost. Questions. Where to keep learning.
- A working email address
- An AI app set up on their phone
- A first draft of something real: a resume, letter or plan
- Printed cheat sheets to take home
- The confidence to keep going alone
- A room and some chairs
- Wi‑Fi (or a good cell signal)
- A TV or projector if you have one (not required)
- A staff member in the room, if possible
- Printed cheat sheets for everyone
- A laptop for the live demos
- Patience. Lots of it.
Hi, I'm Roman.
When I was 17, a junior in high school in Portsmouth, NH, I took on a community garden for families at Gosling and named it the Garden of Generosity. The City of Portsmouth funded the project, and I volunteered with the MC3 afterschool program at New Franklin School.
Ten years later, same idea, different tool. Back then the problem was food. Now it's that the people who could get the most out of AI are the last ones anyone shows how to use it.
So I show up, sit down, and show them. I do this because I love people. That's it.
“Food insecurity is a challenge for a lot of families. This is giving people the tools to become more healthy and resilient.”
Things people ask.
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes. No fee for nonprofits, shelters or the people you serve. Nothing to buy, no app subscriptions. Everything we use has a free version that's good enough.
What if people don't have a phone?
Come anyway. We can pair people up, use a center computer, or use a library computer. Everything on this site works on any device.
Is it safe? What about privacy?
I never collect anyone's personal info. People make their own accounts, on their own devices, and we teach the safety rules first: never type your Social Security number, bank info or passwords into AI, and double-check anything about law, health or money.
Who is this for?
Shelters, reentry programs, youth programs, recovery programs, libraries, senior centers, job centers. Anyone who's been left out of the AI conversation. Staff are welcome too.
Are you selling something?
No. There's no product, no upsell, no data collection. This site is the handout, and it's free for anyone to use or share.
Can we run it ourselves?
Please do. Everything here, including the demos, prompts and printable sheets, is free to use. I'm happy to walk your staff through it first.
Let's find a time.
