1. Create a markdown file about what I'm about to say, so the next bot will build it for me in one shot.

3. What am I missing from this, and why is it important?

Everyday

4. Ask me questions one at a time until you understand what I need. Then help me.

5. Explain [THIS] like I'm new to it. Simple words, one real example.

What is it?

A .md file is plain text with a few symbols that make it neat. Any phone or computer can open it. AI reads and writes it perfectly.

Why we use it

Clean — titles, bullets, checklists
Portable — paste it into any AI
Forever — never needs a special app

Steps

Go to accounts.google.com/signup
(or open the Gmail app → Create account)
Type your first name, last name, birthday.
Pick an address. Use your name — employers will see it.
firstname.lastname@gmail.com
Make a password: 3 random words + a number.
Example style: Maple-Rocket-Harbor-42
If it asks for a phone number, use yours — or ask staff for help.
Skip anything “optional.” Agree. Done!
